  • Multiple listings — in our printed Membership Directory and on the Chamber website
  • Networking — Establish valuable business contacts through our networking group and our Business After Hours Mixers. If you would like to host a Business After Hours Mixer, please call the Chamber office at 716-662-3366.
  • Ribbon Cutting Ceremonies — If you would like to have the Chamber participate in your new business’ ribbon-cutting ceremony, please contact our office at 716-662-3366.
  • Business Community Beautification Awards — This quarterly award recognizes an Orchard Park business for its contribution to the enhancement of the community. The recipient is presented with a plaque in acknowledgment of physical improvements to its facility. Nominations are sought from the community. If you would like to nominate a business for a Business Community Beautification Award, please complete this form or contact the Chamber office at 716-662-3366.
  • Enhanced Media Package — $125 per year. (See the Enhanced Media Package bullet further down the page.)
  • Member to Member Discounts — Attract new customers with a special discount on the products or services your business offers. Create additional exposure for your business on the Chamber’s Website at no cost to you! Learn more here.
  • Newsletter Advertising – Access nearly 600 business leaders with an ad or insert in our monthly newsletter
  • Mailing Labels – Purchase membership mailing labels for sending letters and postcards. Please call the Chamber at 716-662-3366.
Enhanced Media Package
The Enhanced Media Package is an outstanding benefit for those members wanting more exposure for their business. For a $125 annual fee, Chamber members can participate in our Enhanced Media Package, which includes the following benefits:

  • Inclusion as “Featured Member” on Chamber’s website. Your company’s contact information will be displayed on the home page of our site. Visitors clicking on your listing will be automatically directed to your company’s website.
  • Free insertion of your 8½” x 11” promotional flier in one of our monthly newsletters, Chamber Review
  • Free set of approximately 600 pressure-sensitive membership mailing labels sorted by zip code or alphabetically
  • 5% discount on sponsorship of Chamber events

Package Fee: $125/Year
Benefits expire one year from the effective date

Advocacy - A Legislative Voice in Government

Government regulations impact the bottom line of your business; the Chamber represents your business locally, in Albany, and in Washington.

 We frequently distribute email messages to our members with petitions aimed at reducing the cost and red tape associated with conducting business in New York.

Members are automatically added to our distribution list.

Partner with Education
  • We present the Sue Hinners Memorial Scholarship to the top ranked senior boy & senior girl in the Orchard Park High School BOCES Program and are continuing their education full-time in a two-year or longer program. This scholarship was established in 1989, due in large part to the efforts of Allene “Sue” Hinners, executive director of the Orchard Park Chamber of Commerce from 1988 until she lost her struggle with cancer in 1993.
  • We present an Academy of Finance Scholarship to the highest nominated senior student in the Orchard Park Academy of Finance.  The scholarship recognizes academic excellence, leadership and service to the school and community.
  • We recognize high school seniors with outstanding character, leadership, and achievement through Orchard Park Pride.

I joined the chamber for many reasons, which include being part of the Orchard Park community by having the opportunity to participate in chamber sponsored events (like the Wellness Expo), participate in training classes offered as Lunch and Learns, have a source for information about questions I may have pertaining to the community, and being able to meet new business members.
