Orchard Park is approximately 11 miles southeast of Buffalo in Western New York. A well-maintained highway system provides convenient travel between Orchard Park’s combined rural and suburban setting and the excitement of downtown Buffalo, approximately 20 minutes away. The Southern Tier Expressway (Route 219) can be accessed from several points in the town, quickly linking travelers with Interstate 90 East and West.

Recreational opportunities are plentiful in Orchard Park. Each of the four seasons offer numerous outdoor activities.

The winter makes for fantastic sledding, tobogganing, snowboarding, and snowmobiling at Chestnut Ridge Park. Summer brings canoeing, kayaking and swimming in Green Lake located in Yates Park.

Thousands of local and regional residents gather together during the last weeks of July during Quaker Days. Quaker Days combines a number of Village, Chamber, and community-sponsored events including A Taste of Orchard Park, one of the largest food festivals in the area.

As summer draws to a close, the annual Orchard Park Festival of the Arts brings 300+ crafters to the heart of the village for an enormous craft fair. Autumn also brings the NFL Buffalo Bills to New Era Field for another exciting football season.

The Boys and Girls Club of Orchard Park provides many youth programs. Well-organized youth sports programs, including Little League baseball and Little Loop football are very popular among children of all ages and offer numerous opportunities for making new friends among children as well as their parents.

Orchard Park residents enjoy a high appreciation of education and the arts, as evidenced by an excellent school system, a symphony orchestra, a large chorale group, and the Quaker Arts Pavilion – a handsomely designed outdoor amphitheater featuring concerts throughout the summer.

Dozens of community organizations, including the Kiwanis, Lions, and Rotary Clubs, provide the opportunity for residents to become involved in civic activities.

Orchard Park boasts a rich landscape of rolling hills and wooded areas. The rural setting enjoyed in Orchard Park’s earliest years has been substantially preserved, providing members of the community peaceful living in a safe, charming setting. Orchard Park is a great place to work, run a business, live, and raise a family.
